Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is a courageous first step. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you explore your strengths and find a path forward.

With 15 years of experience, I’ve supported children, youth, adults, couples, and families in various settings, including foster and group care. My approach integrates solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, and DBT, always grounded in values of diversity, equity, and cultural humility. I recognize that our identities—race, culture, faith, and lived experiences—deeply shape how we navigate the world.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I'm also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

Together, we can set realistic goals to ensure that we develop a plan that is manageable for you. Contact me today if you are ready to pursue your road to resiliency!
